2. Main Indications
• Chest obstruction, chest tightness, and precordial stabbing pain
For conditions identified in Traditional Chinese Medicine as cold congealing, qi stagnation, and blood stasis, such as angina pectoris, coronary heart disease, and myocardial ischemia.
Important: This product is for supportive use only and must NOT replace emergency medication or standard medical treatment.
• Rib-side and breast distension or pain
Especially suitable for pain or distension in the chest, ribs, or breasts caused by emotional depression and liver qi stagnation leading to qi and blood obstruction.
• Hiccups, belching, globus sensation (“plum-pit qi”)
For sensations of qi rebelling upward and blockage in the chest or throat; helps descend qi and regulate flow.
• Postpartum insufficient lactation
For breast distension, hardness, and pain caused by qi and blood stagnation leading to poor milk flow.

3. IMPORTANT: Suitable Population & Contraindications
Suitable Syndrome Type
    •    Cold-induced qi stagnation with blood stasis, characterized by:
    •    Chest pain aggravated by cold and relieved by warmth
    •    Chest tightness
    •    Dark or purplish complexion or lips
    •    Purplish tongue or tongue with blood stasis spots
    •    White tongue coating
Contraindications
    •    Pregnancy: Prohibited
Ingredients such as Danshen (Salvia miltiorrhiza), Hawthorn, and Lulutong promote blood circulation and may induce miscarriage.
    •    Menstruation or bleeding tendency: Prohibited
Not suitable for individuals taking anticoagulant medications (e.g., aspirin, warfarin), or those with thrombocytopenia, hemophilia, or other bleeding disorders.
    •    Temperature control to prevent burns
During heat application, the temperature should be warm and comfortable—never too hot. Extra caution is required for diabetic patients and elderly individuals with reduced skin sensation.

4. Directions for Use
    •    First 3 days: Use daily
    •    Apply to Shanzhong (CV17) for 2–3 hours,
    •    Then move to the navel (Shenque, CV8) for 3–5 hours.
    •    After the first box is finished:
    •    Second box: twice per week

Product Description
According to records in The Compendium of Materia Medica, this product features a warming nature, bitter taste, and is non-toxic. It acts on the twelve meridians and has the effects of warming yang, regulating qi, activating blood circulation, and dispelling cold-dampness.
Cold generates dampness, while dampness obstructs yang qi; when fire is used appropriately, cold and dampness are eliminated. This product applies modern self-heating technology, combined with traditional herbal powders such as safflower and angelica, integrating thermal physical effects with acupoint therapy to simulate the warming and dredging effects of traditional moxibustion.

Directions for Use
    1.    Open the heat patch and remove the protective paper from both ends of the adhesive layer.
    2.    Apply the patch to the corresponding acupoint and press gently around the edges to secure it.
    3.    The warming effect begins within 3–8 minutes.
    4.    The heat can last 6–8 hours.
    5.    If the heat feels too strong, place a thin cloth or warm patch layer between the patch and the skin.

Precautions

If the contents accidentally contact the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
If ingested by mistake, seek medical care immediately.
    2.    Contraindicated for: pregnant women, individuals with broken skin, acute injuries, or bleeding disorders.
    3.    A small number of users may experience blistering (commonly known as “heat bubbles”). If this occurs, puncture the blister with a sterilized needle to release fluid, keep the area clean and dry, and apply a disinfectant. Use may be resumed once healed.
    4.    If the product does not heat properly, return it to the manufacturer for replacement.
